We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Executive to join our marketing team. The Affiliate Executive will play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate marketing program by collaborating with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Affiliate Program Management**:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with program terms and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- **Campaign Strategy and Optimization**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Track affiliate performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Analyze data and create performance reports to assess affiliate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, answering inquiries, providing support, and resolving any issues.
- Ensure affiliates are up to date on promotions, offers, and product updates.
- Use affiliate management tools and platforms to track metrics, sales, and traffic.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of affiliate payments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor affiliate programs to stay informed about the latest marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve the affiliate program and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create high-quality marketing assets for affiliates.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate payment processing for affiliates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badshahpur, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
