**Location**: Delhi NCR (Relocation to Gurgaon required subsequently)

**Work Mode**: Remote for the first 20 days, then full-time in office

**Salary**: ₹12 LPA base, with performance-driven incentives that can take the total package to ₹30-35 LPA

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement tailored affiliate marketing strategies for each client brand
- Leverage our existing processes while deciding the best strategic approach for every brand
- Translate brand objectives into actionable affiliate campaigns that drive measurable revenue
- Identify and secure profitable affiliate partnerships to boost campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign outcomes through detailed reporting and smart insights

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven expertise in affiliate or partnership marketing with a focus on revenue-driven outcomes
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing strategies for client brands
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, unstructured environment

**What We Offer**:
