**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and content tailored to customer segments
- Help optimize lifecycle marketing workflows and journeys using tools like Klaviyo, Braze, or similar platforms
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Support reporting efforts and help communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing
- Familiarity with retention marketing tools and customer engagement platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and basic data analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for customer experience and data-driven marketing

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
