Office Administrator

**Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including room setup and catering arrangements.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for building management and external vendors.
**Record Keeping and Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Assist with data entry and record management tasks as needed.
- Generate reports and compile data as requested.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulations.
**Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to other departments or teams as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate projects and tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and providing office orientation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion when handling confidential information
