
Export Documentation Executive

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Prepare Export Documents for transporter & Bank (Customs/Bank/Import)
2. Prepare Work order for Transporter and Supplier
3. Prepare PI for export orders
4. Liaise with Export Manager for export documents status and track payment of all dispatched documents
5. Liaise with transporter for export status and track shipment till delivery.
6. Prepare material invoice and all necessary paper work required for movement of the export vehicle
7. To prepare and check pre-order PI, Draft LC Applications etc for Export
8. To coordinate, prepare and check pre and post export documents for shipments & Bank submissions.
9. To ensure end and end coordination with factory for placement of order & scheduling dispatch.
10. To coordinate with CHA, Shipping company, Logistic Service providers etc for Export consignment.
11. To update MIS of EXIM.
12. Any other related work of EXIM dept.
13. Solve bank queries as and when arises.
**Education and Experience**
1. B.Com & Diploma in Export Management
2. Should have min 3-4 years of experience in Export Documentation.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Previous experience in Export department is a must.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
