**Role & responsibilities**
**Export Documentation**:
- Raising and forwarding Purchase Orders for All API’s for Exports.
- Preparing all Export commercial documents, (Invoice, packing list etc. to facilitate smooth and timely execution of export order.
- Inter department coordination pertaining to faster and efficient execution of orders.
- Preparing all post export bank and customer documents.
- Prepare all post proof of export / returns as per norms.
- Handle Letter of Credits [ L/C ]
- Post shipment documents to Clients, Banks, and BRC realization.
**Business Communication**
- Managing current business coordination for export clients.
- Inter-department coordination with Purchase team and factory for timely execution of export orders and related procedures.
- Maintaining exports client relationship, Follow-up for repeat orders and maintenance of existing business.
- Time to Time export business tracking reporting to management.
**Export Business Development Support Activities.**
- Coordination with DGFT, IMC Pharmexcil and other export promotional agencies for licenses, membership renewals and other procedures.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales coordination.
- Above par communication, [Verbal and Written] English and Proficient in computers and internet skills.
- Ability to work in multitasking environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Pharma Sales Billing Software like Medica etc would be an added advantage.
