**Job Title**: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

**Location**: Sector 43, Gurugram (Near Rapid Metro Station)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to lead HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role involves networking with industry leaders and ensuring strategic placement opportunities for certification program graduates. You will collaborate with department heads to align HR policies with business goals and ensure legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Network with health, wellness, and fitness industry leaders to form strategic collaborations.

Attend industry events to create placement opportunities.

Manage recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluations.

Oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Develop HR policies in alignment with company objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2-3 years of experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
