Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP), you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the development and well-being of our employees. The HR BP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations:

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
- Conducting and Organising Employee engagement related activities such as R&R & Other fun activities.
- Performance Management:

- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters.
- Talent Development:

- Run Learning & Development program across company to upskill the current field force
- Identify training and development needs to implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- HR Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations through coordination with the HR Consultant.
- Ensuring New Joinee & Resigned Employee related documentation on our HRMS tool.
- Change Management:

- Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance to employees and leaders during periods of change.
- Assist in the development and execution of change management plans.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and contribute to HR metrics reporting.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain employee records.
- Payroll Processing:

- Processing of Payroll on our HRMS Tool on a monthly basis
- Ensuring Hygiene of the Payroll processing data

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
