- As the HRBP Executive, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Lead HRBP quality
The purpose of your role will be to partner with business to understand & drive the talent needs (involves effective implementation of all HR processes & policies) aiming at enhancing organisational effectiveness & helping business achieve its strategic and operational goals.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Partnerning with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring, ensuring smooth on-boarding of talent across levels.
2. To work with Function Head & other key stakeholders for Manpower planning
3. To ensure effective implementation of all HR practices (goal setting, mid -year review, annual appraisal,) of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization
4. Work on capability building of employees, organizing technical & behavioural training programs, etc
5. Partner with HR Operations and Automation teams to drive and provide necessary support. Conducting Open house, grievance redressal, etc
6. Work on various manpower analysis as per requirement
7. Partner with DEI team to promote inclusivity at workplace & work on smooth implementation of special projects as per requirement.**A Day in the life**
- As the HRBP Executive, you will be working on various people priorities to help business achieve its strategic and operation goals. You will be parterning with various COEs to drive priorities.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- MBA in HR
- 3-5 years of experience in HR
