Requirements: ○ Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred). ○ 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. ○ Excellent communication and organizational skills. ○ Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools. ○ Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
