**Experience**:8-10 Years

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Liasioning with Client - Business Stakeholders/ Business Team and take the download on Open Roles.
- Supervise the team of RPO Recruiters to meet Recruitment Timeline and mentor them to enhance their performance.
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management at Client Location.
- Writing JDs and posting to relevant job portals/ social media.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telecon, Video or in person Interviews with the Business directly.
- Band/ Level Fitment, CTQs check.
- Connect with HRBP for all the mandates.
- Offering Job Positions and completing the relevant paperwork, Documentation.
- Keeping track of all the applicants.
- Creating weekly/ monthly reports. Cadence Call with HRBP and Business/ Hiring Managers.

**Desired Skill**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have worked on RPO Model earlier.
- Good Understanding of IT Roles.
- Dynamic, Confident & Good Com Skills.
- Solid Understanding of sourcing Techniques, RPO Model, Stakeholder Management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
