**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative Support**:
- Manage the executive team’s schedules, meetings, and travel plans.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence on behalf of the executives.
**Vendor Management**:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
**Project Execution Oversight**:
- Track and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure seamless execution of projects across various locations in India.
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess project status and resolve on-ground challenges.
**Coordination and Reporting**:
- Act as a bridge between the executive team, vendors, and project teams.
- Compile and present project reports, budgets, and updates to stakeholders.
- Support executives in preparing presentations and strategic documentation.
**General Office Operations**:
- Manage procurement of office supplies and oversee administrative functions.
- Coordinate logistics for site visits, team events, and training sessions.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to vendor management and project execution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Familiarity with construction processes, vendor negotiation, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
