1. **Guest Services**
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Handle special guest requests and ensure follow-up.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.

2. **Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the communication link between guests and hotel departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Inform guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

3. **Complaint Handling**
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate issues to supervisors or managers when needed.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction after problem resolution.

4. **Guest Feedback & Relationship Building**
- Collect guest feedback and suggestions.
- Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain records of guest preferences for future stays (e.g., room choice, dietary needs).

5. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain daily activity reports and guest logs.
- Assist in preparing welcome letters, amenities, and VIP guest arrangements.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions.

6. **Upselling & Promotions**
- Promote hotel services and facilities (spa, restaurants, events).
- Suggest upgrades or packages to enhance guest experience.

7. **Cultural Sensitivity & Professionalism**
- Maintain high grooming and presentation standards.
- Understand and respect cultural differences and preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,922.97 - ₹36,603.21 per month
