**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
- Manage stakeholders effectively and present solutions using PowerPoint.
- Lead end-to-end RFP processes including preparation, issuance, scoring, and vendor evaluations.
- Conduct vendor demos, review submissions, and provide recommendations.
- Drive contact center solution deployments within the banking sector.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful project delivery.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- **Banking experience** with a focus on contact center solutions.
- Experience with **Salesforce** or **MS Dynamics 365** for contact centers.
- Strong proficiency in **English** and **PowerPoint** presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of **techno-functional concepts** with strong business acumen.
- Experience in RFP documentation, scoring, and vendor evaluations.

Pay: ₹868,520.79 - ₹1,537,984.32 per year
