Job Description for a Soft Collection Process
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your concern. Making calls as soft reminders to the concerned stakeholders.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
**Requirements**:
- HSC fresher
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM (9 hours shift)
2 Rotational week offs
Job Location: Bhayander (West), Mumbai
