Job Opening: US-Based Soft Collection Process

**Salary**: ₹17,000 - ₹30,000 per month + variable incentives

Work Schedule:

- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs

**Job Description**:

We're hiring individuals to collect due payments, offering:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances

2. Provide exceptional customer service adhering to company policies

3. Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards

Eligibility:
1. HSC/Grad freshers or BPO experience preferred

2. Excellent English communication skills

3. Ability to manage stress in a challenging environment

4. Age: Up to 39 years

5. Address: Within transport boundary

Perks and Benefits:

- One-way transportation (12 am - 6 am) depending on login/log out timings

Important Notes:
1. No leaves allowed during probation (first 6 months)

2. No ongoing education or plans to study while employed with us

3. Relevant documents must be available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,813.07 - ₹28,374.28 per month
