**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage in **soft collections** via calls to assist customers in resolving outstanding balances.
- Ensure customer interactions are professional and aligned with company policies.
- Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- HSC/Graduate Freshers and above are welcome.
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage stress effectively in a challenging environment.
- **Age Limit**: Up to 39 years.
