Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month + incentives
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)
Week Off: 2 rotational offs
Joining Date: 30th July 2024
Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Agents in our soft collection process. The role involves collection of due payments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the collections domain, offering competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting soft collections via Calls to assist customers in resolving outstanding balances.
Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Achieving monthly targets for collection and maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility:
Minimum [12th passed+ freshers
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage stress effectively.
Age criteria upto- 39 yrs
Address- within transport boundary
Perks and Benefits:
- One way transportation available between 12 am to 6 am, depending on the login and log out timings
Note:
No leaves allowed during probation (first 6 months)
Candidate must not be pursuing any education nor should plan to study while working with Epicenter
All the relevant documents should be available with the candidate.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
