
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Support HR, finance, or other departments with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front desk responsibilities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with office management tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Tally).
- Familiarity with basic HR or accounting processes is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
