Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting research, attending trade shows, and networking with industry contacts.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and ensure all contracts and agreements are executed in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
