As a leading real estate consultant, we offer transparent, practical solutions to navigate RERA regulations with ease. Our diverse team of over 70 experts in Chartered Accountancy, Legal Advocacy, Architecture, and Engineering has assisted more than 2,500 developers with project registration and RERA compliance. We also support agents with their RERA registrations and empower homebuyers by educating them about their rights and fostering an informed real estate community.
**Job description**
Build and nurture client relationships to enhance satisfaction and ensure seamless execution of work by coordinating with internal departments and addressing client needs and concerns effectively. Take responsibility for collections, maintaining regular client contact, and generating reports to provide insights on client satisfaction and performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to propose potential solutions and strategies for addressing client issues and concerns.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and strengthen the company's presence.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to deeply understand each client's requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Serve as the point of contact for client complaints, resolving them promptly or escalating them to the appropriate department for further action.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure seamless execution of work and timely delivery of client commitments.
- Generate and analyse reports using Excel or other tools, as required, to provide insights on client satisfaction, performance, and trends.
- Take responsibility for collections, ensuring timely payment from clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow, effective task allocation, and efficient completion of client deliverables.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and track performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
