We, at BlueSwift Exports.PVT.LTD is looking for an experienced professional to manage our supply chain operations. The individual will be responsible for setting up supply chain processes and achieving the desired outcomes on time, quality, and cost with reliability. This would include finalizing all products required for the business (mainly Medical Disposable items), negotiating prices and terms with large-scale vendors, handling the entire procurement process execution, inventory control and materials management, and ensuring quality control throughout the property activations cycle. This will also include international sourcing, options for manufacturing where feasible, warehousing, and logistics for faster speed. The role will also involve coordination with other functional areas such as sales, marketing, finance, production, and operations, and preparing reports/dashboards and team/project management across locations.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, Managing Vendors & Suppliers, and ability to evaluate their performance in terms of quality, Timely delivery, price, payment terms, etc.
- Working on strategic sourcing, spend analysis, spend categorization, cost optimization, category management, supplier evaluation, RFP/RFQ analysis.
- Exposure to contract management, obligation management, supplier risk & compliance management.
- Support business development activities through both leading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients
- Design solutions, create Operating models, Governance frameworks and participate/conduct workshops

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
