**Procurement Executive**

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Maintain and update company records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Manage schedules for senior management, which includes arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

**2. Procurement Management**:

- Formulate and implement procurement strategies in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for goods and services.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Proactively manage vendor relationships, constantly monitoring and assessing performance.
- Keep tabs on inventory levels, collaborate with relevant departments to avert both stockouts and surplus.
- Review and analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.

**3. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in conducting vendor audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities for management review.

**Professional Requirements**:
Education

Degree Level: Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study: Civil Engineering/Construction.

Previous Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administrative support and procurement roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills: Interpersonal skills and strong grasp of resource planning concepts.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of precast products, contract negotiation techniques, and supply chain management principles.

Knowledge of conflict management and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
