**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree**,**Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services from reliable vendors.
- Evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Issue purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, Operations, Finance) to understand material or service requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyze procurement metrics for management.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Resolve any supply issues or complaints related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing shifts, and new vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
