**1. Client Communication & Interaction**
- Serve as the **first point of contact** for potential and existing clients.
- Schedule and coordinate **client meetings**, site visits, or Zoom calls with design or project teams.

**2. Client Onboarding & Documentation**
- Guide clients through the onboarding process:

- Collect basic client details
- Share firm portfolio and introduction
- Send service brochures and proposal formats
- Maintain and update **client records**, agreements, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

**3. Understanding Client Needs**
- Listen to client requirements and **understand project goals**.
- Brief the design/project team with accurate and complete information.
- Suggest suitable packages or services based on client requirements and budget.

**4. Relationship Management**
- Maintain **regular touchpoints** with ongoing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Address and escalate client issues, concerns, or feedback to relevant departments.
- Build **trust and long-term relationships** with premium clients.

**5. Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with design, marketing, and project execution teams.
- Ensure **smooth communication** between clients and technical staff.
- Help coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

**6. Sales Support and Conversions**
- Share **service proposals**, quotations, or pricing details when approved.
- Follow up on proposals to ensure timely decisions.
- Help convert inquiries into confirmed projects through professional engagement.

**7. Client Feedback and Experience**
- Collect **client feedback** at key stages (design finalization, site start, handover).
- Support the team in **improving service quality** based on client insights.
- Identify opportunities for testimonials or referrals.

**8. Brand Representation**
- Act as a **brand ambassador** of Arc Space - polite, professional, and passionate.
- Uphold premium experience, neat appearance, and respectful language always.
- Represent the company in events, expos, or social media interactions if assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
