**Job Vacancy**: Customer Care Executive (5 Openings)

**Location**: Manjeri, Kerala

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in telecalling/customer care preferred (Freshers can also apply).

**Qualification**: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.

**Language Skills** : Malayalam & English

**Preferred**: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada
- And also preferred Electronics and home appliance experiance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
