**Onsite Application Support Resources (EWS Solution)**:
Knowledge & Experience and Certification (if applicable)

Should have experience in proposed EWS Solution.

1. The resource must have adequate knowledge of the proposed platform.

2. Basic understanding of banking domain and the financial services industry is essential.

3. Ability to work with databases, design schemas, and use SQL to query data.

4. Knowledge of security principles and best practices for designing and implementing the

proposed EWS Solution.

5. Ability to create clear and concise documentation for the proposed EWS Solution.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and

client.

7. Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions for technical problems

Roles and Responsibilities:
8. Daily loading of Borrower & Transaction data to the EWS servers.

9. Routine generation of EWS Alerts as per periodicity (Real-time, Near Real-time, Daily,

Weekly, Monthly, Half-Yearly, Yearly etc.) and rules.

10. Documentation and Reporting of information (such as Daily Activity Statistics, System

performance incidents, System architecture, configurations and key metrics) to the

EWS team for review.

11. Timely resolution and mínimal disruption to services.

12. Generation of Error-free reports (such as Alert data, RFA, Fraud, etc.) for further

analysis and reporting.

13. Diagnosis of Technical Issues and Troubleshooting.

14. Perform Debugging, UAT Testing, attend to audit observations including VAPT and

secure configuration network. Maintaining integrity and security of Software updation

and patching.

15. Provide support to end-users, including training and assistance in utilizing the EWS

16. Work with data scientists to develop, train, and validate AI/ML models that enhance

the EWS solution’s capabilities.

18. Monitor the performance of AI/ML models, ensuring they meet accuracy and reliability

standards, and retrain models as necessary to adapt to new data or regulatory

changes.

19. Ensure that the EWS solution complies with all relevant regulations and standards,

including those issued by financial authorities and regulatory bodies.

20. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to the operation and support of

the EWS solution.

Education Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/ MCA/ B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent or higher qualification.
