**Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding forex services (currency exchange, forex cards, remittance, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Convert leads generated through various marketing platforms into successful transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide guidance and support on the forex booking process and address any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends in the forex and travel finance industry.
**Requirements:
- **
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (experience in financial services or travel domain preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
