**JOB BRIEF: -**

We are looking for talented and competitive inside Sales Representatives who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: -**

✔ Communicating with customers

✔ Making outbound call to potential customers

✔ Generate cross sell and upsell leads from existing set of customers

✔ Developing new leads

✔ Creating and maintaining customer database

✔ Understanding customer needs

✔ Explaining product features and benefits EDUCATION

✔ Minimum Education: - Graduate

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong listening skills.

✔ Strong sales and cold calling skills.

✔ Strong presentation skills

✔ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

✔ Excellent customer service skills.
