Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and challenges.
- Present product/service offerings to prospects, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, overcoming objections and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
