**Position**: Inside Sales Representative
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent pre
- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth product/service delivery.
- **Market Research and Insights**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:
**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
