**Job Title: Inside Sales Executives**
Location: Multiple Locations (Gurugram)
**Job Type**: Full Time
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B sales through Travel Agents located across different locations. You will be working closely on new Onboarding, Training, Relationship building and Retention to close deals efficiently and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand business relationships with existing ones
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and provide value-based consultations to clients, offering solutions to their business challenges
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and progress to the Sales Manager
- Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively
- Conducting in-person meetings with potential clients to drive business growth and build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and presenting solutions effectively
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
