**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative**

Location: Gurgaon

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: INR 8,00,000 per annum

Experience: 3-5 years in IT Sales or IT Inside Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize B2B lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot for prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
- Set appointments with potential clients and effectively collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the enterprise technology space.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Possess self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. Engineering with specialization in marketing is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or digital transformation sector.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in B2B lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot.
- OutSystems sales certifications are preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
