The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Present product/service offerings to prospects and identify customer needs.Follow up on inquiries, provide relevant information, and convert leads into sales.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and strategies.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeated business.Provide feedback from the market to improve products and processes.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives.Learning and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work culture.Exposure to a fast-growing industry and dynamic team environment.
