**Job Title: Corporate Chef Group**
**Location**: DELHI
**Job Summary**:
The **Corporate Chef Group** leader will bring 10+ years of culinary expertise to oversee menu innovation, food quality, and kitchen operations across all outlets. This role is pivotal in shaping the culinary identity of our high-energy bar and restaurant chain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop innovative and guest-centric menus that align with market trends.
- Standardize recipes and processes to ensure consistency across locations.
- Train and mentor culinary teams to uphold excellence in preparation and presentation.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with procurement teams to source premium ingredients while optimizing costs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in culinary leadership roles, ideally in a multi-location setup.
- Proven ability to create and execute high-quality, trend-forward menus.
- Strong operational and management skills in the kitchen.
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional experience.
Pay: From ₹1,800,000.00 per year
