**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the creative and digital marketing team for all visual and graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission, values, and overall marketing objectives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- **Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team. - Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects across various mediums. - Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs. - Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into the design process. - Proficiency in videography and video editing will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
