**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage and maintain our company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
- Create and curate high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating compelling content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
