**Job Title: Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Agency (Base + Commission)**

**Location**: Kolkata

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct **in-person or virtual meetings** with potential clients to understand their business needs and pitch our digital marketing services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Effectively present our **services**, focusing on how we can help clients grow their business online.
- **Closing Deals**: Negotiate, finalize, and close sales with new clients.
- **Account Management**: Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and potential for future upsells.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update the team with your sales pipeline and progress on deals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least **6 months to 1 year of sales experience** (preferably in **digital marketing** **services**).
- Strong communication and **negotiation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and **self-motivate** to meet targets.
- **Results-driven** with a focus on achieving sales goals and earning commissions.
- Comfortable working in a **commission-driven environment**.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹**10,000 INR** per month.
- **Commission**:15%** commission on sales. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn
- **Additional Bonuses**: Earn extra bonuses for meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets.
