**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals, enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation across various digital platforms.
- Oversee the management and optimization of on-page and off-page SEO, manage Google Ads campaigns, social media ads and perform keyword research to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with the content writer and graphics designer to ensure compelling marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Work with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Must).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the IT industry or a similar technical field.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive marketing copy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
