**Job Type**: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated to join our production team as Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing and learn hands-on skills in machine operations, quality checks, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
**Assist in setting up and operating machinery under supervision.**
Monitor machines during production and ensure smooth functioning.
**Support senior operators in performing regular maintenance.**
Learn to read and understand basic technical instructions and drawings.
**Conduct basic quality checks on finished products.**
Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.
**Complete on-the-job training programs and actively participate in learning activities.**

**Requirements**: ITI, Diploma with technical aptitude.
**Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.** Basic understanding of tools, machines, and safety procedures (training will be provided).

**Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.** Ready to work in 12 hours shifts
**Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
