**Key Responsibilities:

**Bean Processing and Quality Control:
- **
- Oversee the selection and processing of cocoa beans, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Monitor and the fermentation, drying and roasting of beans.
**Tempering and Production**:
- Execute precise tempering techniques to achieve optimal chocolate consistency and sheen.
- Manage small batch chocolate production ,from grinding to conching ,ensuring high quality output.
**New Product Development**:
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new chocolate products and flavors.
- Experiment with ingredients, techniques and recipes to innovate and enhance our product line.
**Machine & Equipment Management**:
- Operate and maintain chocolate -making machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production process.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular quality check throughout the production process.
**Qualification & Skills Required**:
- Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts,food scienece or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in chocolate making,preferably in a bean-to-bar environment.
- Strong understanding of cocoa bean processing ,tempering techniques and small batch production.
- Experience with new product development and creative approach to chocolate flavoring and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
