Job Location :- Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat.

Job Description :-

• Knowledge of setting up, operating and maintaining wire EDM machine to produce parts and components with complex shapes and precision.
• Should have knowledge of set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functioning when making precision parts.
• Hand of experience in operating wire EDM machine, programming knowledge using software. - Knowledge of CAD.
• Shall be responsible for executing the job as per drawing, GD & T knowledge, 2D programming.
• Fixture design for complicated jobs for wire EDM machine.
• Measuring instrument knowledge.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety and autonomous maintenance.
• Hands on experience in wire-cut, EDM & Spark.
• Required for machining including EDM sparking and drill machine.
• Ability to simple CAD drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of good understanding of metals to be used from a range of metals and alloy based
• on properties such as hardness and heat treatment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Min 3 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry.
• Min ITI machinist with EDM CNC programming course.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
