Qc Executive

Job Discription
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing, process monitoring, and compliance with quality management systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of quality control processes, data management, and product evaluation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Conduct online quality checks to identify defects, color discrepancies, and other product parameters.**:

- Perform product testing and approve the first piece to ensure it meets all quality standards.
- **Carry out in-process testing throughout production and perform last part approvals before final dispatch.**:

- Monitor and ensure machine process parameters are in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with system requirements and quality management protocols.**:

- Input quality-related data into SAP for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- **Review the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by the production team to reduce defects.**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and resolve quality issues.
- **Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management.** Better Understanding of FILTER MEDIA, FILTER FABRICS, TEXTILE ENGINEERING

Qualifications:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the têxtiles or technical têxtiles industry.
- **Strong knowledge of quality management systems and testing methodologies.**:

- Proficiency in SAP for data entry and reporting.
- **Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
