Role & responsibilities

Internal Business Process-

Shift machine breakdown management.

Coordination with other service departments.

To ensure availability of consumable items

Temperature Setting-

Fore hearth temperature management.

Shift Monitoring-

Manpower handling in respective shifts.

Parivartan Activity.

Defects Rectification-

Defect rectification.

SQC Failure reduction and improvement in shift production efficiency.

Coordination with QA and QC department on hourly basis.

Safety Compliance-

Ensuring Zero Incidents at Floor.

Compliance to SOPs.

Ensuring PPEs Compliance at floor.

Ensure proper working conditions for safe working of own and contractor employees.

People Development-

Impart on job training to the New Joinee (Operators / Assistant Operators)

Preparation of Document Job card/logbook (Hardcopy & in SAP)
