**Job Description: Customer Support Executive**
**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Department**: Academic Support
**Employment Type**: Full-time (with flexible working hours as per role requirement)
**Role Objective**:
To provide academic and administrative support by coordinating with teachers, students, and parents. This role primarily focuses on assisting academic coordinators and teachers in ensuring smooth academic operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist teachers in checking homework, worksheets, and test papers.
- Maintain student performance records and prepare result summaries.
- Conduct feedback and support calls to parents regarding student progress.
- Coordinate between students, teachers, and academic coordinators for day-to-day requirements.
- Support in preparation and organization of academic material.
- Handle queries related to academic schedules, assignments, and tests.
- Provide administrative assistance to the academic team as needed.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong background in **Science stream (preferred).**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under guidance.
**Working Hours**:
- Working hours will be **lesser than regular staff** considering role responsibilities
