
Customer Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and improve service processes.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
