The Company: TriWorld is a conglomerate company with offices in Kochi & Dubai. Its diversified interests are in Reality, Hotels & Resorts, Sports, Tours & Financial investments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for hotel and local reservation.
- Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast.
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
- Responsible for recording company rates both in system and correspondence file.
- Ensure special handling of repeats guest and every VIP guest.
- Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the sales department and sales head.
- Revenue generation through booking and packages.
- Reference sales from existing customers.
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy.
- Review room blocking for long stay, suites and special group request.
- All admin related works for club mirth.
- Post sales - welcome call, welcome kit, welcome mail.
- Tie - ups of new resorts and hotels, including contracts.
- Regular contacts with our existing customers.
- Other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

- Graduate
- Min 2 years in Travel & Tourism Industry.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
