Kochi Kerala, India Spiceland Holidays (P) Ltd Full time

Handle B2B clients and make reservations for guests.
- Help clients over the phones who are calling to get price quotes.
- Reserve rooms and coordinate with hotel as per requirement.

.Keep good rapo with agents and clients and Hoteliers.
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals to achieve.
- Check guest in and out of the hotel as part of their reservation duties.
- Maintain some sorts of records with all transactions from that day of arrival and departure. Plan, lead, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budget and business plans.
- Prepare and implement procedures, guidelines and standards for the operations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager/ officials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Reservation with hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English,Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (preferred)
