Job Title: Dispatch and Packaging Executive
Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and execute product packaging as per company standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with production and sales teams.
- Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents including invoices, packing lists, and transport challans.
- Ensure proper labeling and safe handling of packages.
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and finished goods.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Liaise with transporters and courier companies to arrange timely pickups.
- Maintain records of dispatches, returns, and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct routine inspections of packaging quality and dispatch procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-6years of experience in dispatch/logistics/packaging roles.
- Knowledge of packaging standards, dispatch documentation, and inventory systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatch schedules.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
