**Job Role: Dispatch Executive**

**Experience: 2 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with the production and packaging teams.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory of finished goods and track dispatch levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Organize the transportation of goods, ensuring on-time delivery to customers both locally and internationally.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all products dispatched meet the company’s quality standards and are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- **Customer Communication**: Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and provide updates on the status of shipments.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate dispatch logs and reports for tracking, auditing, and future reference.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies during dispatch processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
